Chablis is a 36 m² (390 sq ft) apartment on the 6th floor with a direct, unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower from the living room's French doors, 200 meters from the tower, in the 7th arrondissement of Paris. Fully renovated in 2020, it sleeps up to 4 guests: one bedroom with a queen bed that can be closed off with a sliding partition, and a sofa bed in the living room. It has an open kitchen with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a Nespresso machine, air conditioning and Wi-Fi measured at 44 Mbps. The Seine is 300 meters away, restaurants and a supermarket are downstairs, and the apartment is rented for short stays with instant booking on Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO. Pets are welcome.
